I am Naim and I am the owner and Head Barista at E2A Coffee next to Feltham Railway Station.
I have been working in the Hospitality industry across Europe for 25 years.
Having lived in Feltham for 5 years I have been constantly disappointed with the very poor quality of coffee in the area so I decided to do something about it.
My Mission is to bring really fantastic Italian Style - coffee to Feltham.
Launched only a month ago I can feel a sea change across my customers. At first they were hesitant to try us as they have been using the usual high street chains or cafes . Once they have tried our coffee Almost 100% of first time customers have become regular customers.

We are not making coffee, we are Brewing Coffee.
What does this mean ? We are extracting the flavour from roasted coffee beans using roasting and water.
It might appear easy but it actually isn’t .....
There are 4 key elements:
Water, Beans, Grind, The Machine
Use Unfiltered Water.
Water Temperature:
Basically if the water is too hot it will burn the beans if there is too much water it will be thin.
We use only the finest 100% Arabica Italian Roasted Coffee Beans.
Arabica Coffee And What Makes It Special;
It is grown at high altitudes in regions with a tropical climate, such as Central and South America, Africa, and Asia. Arabica beans have a smoother, sweeter, and more nuanced flavour than other coffee types, with notes of fruit, chocolate, nuts, and caramel
The fresher the grind the better the coffee.
We receive our beans whole. We grind them only seconds before we brew your coffee, ensuring maximum flavour.
Our beans are roasted in the Italian style which means they are roasted at a higher temperature resulting in stronger and deeper flavour.
This is part of the magic. I spend most of my day adjusting the grinder, tasting a cup and recalibrating .
The Machine:
We use a machine made in 1980 by IZZO of NAPLES, ITALY.
Once we are happy with the beans, water and grind we are ready to extract the beans' natural flavours.
